How we are paid, and what you pay
Healway Global receives a commission from partner hospitals. You pay the hospital directly for treatment. If any separate service charge applies, for example for travel arrangements, we tell you in writing before you agree to anything.
How Healway Global is paid
We have commission-based partnerships with hospitals. That commission is paid by the hospital, and it is not added to your treatment estimate.
What you pay, and to whom
Treatment costs are paid to the hospital under its own estimate. Costs for flights, accommodation and visa fees are paid for your own arrangements. We list them for you in writing so you can compare.
Before you travel
You receive the hospital estimate, the expected length of stay and a clear list of other costs, in writing, before you decide.
What we never do
Trust is the whole business. These are the lines we do not cross.
- Promise a cure or guarantee a treatment outcome
- Ask you to send treatment money to a personal account
- Share your medical reports without a clear reason and your agreement
- Recommend treatment your own doctors do not support
