How treatment in India works with Healway Global
You send your reports, we obtain a hospital opinion and written estimate, we help with the visa and travel, we coordinate your treatment in India, and we support your follow-up after you return home.
- Step 1
Share your reports
Send a short description and your latest medical reports by WhatsApp or email. Sharing them does not commit you to anything.
- Step 2
Hospital opinion and written estimate
We send your reports to our partner hospitals. A specialist reviews them and tells you what treatment is advised, with an estimate in writing.
- Step 3
Visa and travel
We help you prepare the medical visa documents and the hospital invitation letter, and we arrange flights and accommodation near the hospital.
- Step 4
Treatment in India
We coordinate your arrival, admission and stay with the hospital, so you and your family know what happens each day.
- Step 5
Back home and follow-up
We help you collect your discharge summary and arrange follow-up consultations with the hospital after you return.
What to have ready
- A short description of the condition and when it started
- Recent medical reports, scans and discharge summaries

You do not need every document to begin. Tell us what you have and we will say what else is useful.
Questions about the process
How does Healway Global work?
You send your reports. We obtain an opinion and written estimate from a partner hospital, help with the medical visa and travel, coordinate your treatment in India and support your follow-up after you return home.
Does sharing my reports commit me to anything?
No. Sharing your reports is only a way to get a hospital opinion and estimate. You decide whether to go ahead.
Who pays Healway Global?
Partner hospitals pay us a commission. You pay the hospital for treatment under its own estimate. If any separate service charge applies, we tell you in writing before you agree.
Which documents do I need to begin?
A short description of your condition, recent medical reports and scans, and a list of your medicines. You do not need everything at once.
How long does the visa take?
It depends on your country and the visa type, so we cannot give one number. We help you prepare the documents and the hospital invitation letter so the application is complete.
Can a family member travel with me?
Usually yes. India issues a medical attendant visa for relatives who accompany a patient. We help with the documents.
Not sure where to begin?
Send us a short message. We will tell you what we need to arrange a hospital opinion.
