Healway Global is a medical travel facilitator. We are not a hospital or a clinic, we do not diagnose or treat patients, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Medical decisions are made by you and your treating doctors.
What we collect
The messages and documents you choose to send us by WhatsApp or email, such as your name, country, medical reports and travel details. The website itself does not ask you to upload anything, and the form on the contact page only opens WhatsApp.
How we use it
To obtain a hospital opinion and estimate, to plan your visa, travel and care, and to support your follow-up. We share your information only with the hospitals and service providers that need it for these purposes, and with your agreement.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your care.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the email address on our contact page.
Guarantees
We cannot guarantee any treatment outcome, visa decision or travel arrangement outside our control.
